Charlotte M. (Zimmerman) Rausch

Charlotte (Zimmerman) Rausch, 92, of Lake City, died Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Fairview Manor.
 She was born in Erie, a daughter of the late Homer G. and Thelma L. (Branch) Zimmerman.
  After she graduated from Girard's Rice Ave. Union High School, she worked in the office at Marx Toys, and later worked in the assembly line. Charlotte was a dedicated mother and homemaker throughout the remainder of her life.
  Charlotte was a member of The First Presbyterian Church of Girard since the late 1970s. She was also ordained a deacon there and was treasurer of the Memorial Committee and a member of the Women's Association. She belonged to the 20th Century Club and enjoyed gardening, crafts and reading.  She dedicated her life to both her family and to the Lord, her Savior, and they always came first in her life.
  She was preceded in death be her husband, William C. Rausch ; her daughter, Linda Rausch DeMase; her brothers, Robert Zimmerman and William Zimmerman and her daughter in law, Julie Rausch.
  She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Barbara A. Pierce (Keith) of Erie; her twin sons, Garry Rausch (Mary Beth) of  TN, Larry Rausch (Sandy) of VA.,her son, William Rausch Jr. (Lisa) of VA.; ten grandchildren; twenty two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
 Friends may call on Monday from 12 pm to the time of a Memorial Service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Nicola Vitiello officiating.
 Memorials may be made to Fairview Manor Activities Fund, 900 Manchester Rd., Fairview PA 16415 or to the Restoration Fund of the First Presbyterian Church, 260 Main St. East, Girard, PA 16417
 Burial will be in Erie County Memorial Gardens.
