Obituary
Ronald "Ronny" Sipe, 68, of Edinboro, died on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Edinboro Manor.
Ronnie was born on May 8, 1954, a son to the late Robert C. and Mary J. (Moyer) Sipe.
Ronnie at the age of 22 months became sick with both measles and pneumonia. He suffered from a severe temperature that had left him with brain damage. Ronnie spent the majority of his life in the care of his loving mother Mary. He also worked in the mail room at the Barber Institute in Erie.
Ronnie loved to spend time with his family, enjoying interacting with his many nieces and nephews. He also enjoyed listening to music and watching movies.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Rose Mary Balhinger, Kathleen Thompson and Roberta Tryzbiak; brothers, Donald Ludwig, Michael Ludwig, Charles Ludwig , John Sipe and Donald Moyer.
He will be greatly missed by his family which include sisters, Darlene Gula (John); brothers, David Ludwig (Mary) and Kenneth "Kenny" Sipe; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Erie Barber National Institute, 100 Barber Place, Erie, PA 16507.
Services will be held privately by the family.
